• Drywalling product used is Vermicalite which has following features (benefits) :
– Light weight material that fills btwn partitioning boards
– Alternative to bricks even though has same strength as bricks
– Noise & fire proofing
– Boards alone have 1½ hour fire rating, Vermicalite product improves this with an additional 2 hours
– Easier to work with, less messier when compared to bricks
– Quicker than when using bricks

• In addition to doing actual construction & related work, Selaprop also appointed by bank as a Turnkey Vendor
• Overall Project Management, which entails the following:
– Appointment of subcontractors & scheduling of subcontractors work
– With client, determine & agree on the BoQ
– Procure all the material as per the BoQ agreed with the bank
– Logistical co-ordination of delivery of supplies from suppliers
– Co-ordinate all site meetings with customer & subcontractors
• Demolishing of old walls, dry walling, roofing, etc
• Electrical (re-wiring, CoCs, light fittings,)
• Installations of UPS’es & standby generators
• Installations of airconditioners
• ATM machine installations
• CCTV installations
• Plumbling & fittings
• Not in client’s interest to have the bank closed for an unnecessarily long period for construction work
• Tight time lines agreed based on floor size of the branches
• Timelines were all inclusive, from time the bank hands the site over to us, our demolishing, rebuilding, etc to
handing over a working branch back to customer

301m² to 750m² – 21 Days
